Kegalle (Sinhalese: කෑගල්ල; Tamil: கேகாலை) is a large town in Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka. It is located on the Colombo – Kandy road, approximately 78 km (48 mi) from Colombo and 40 km (25 mi) from Kandy.

Kgale Hill (Setswana for "The Place that Dried Up") is a mountain located in Gaborone, Botswana. Nicknamed "The Sleeping Giant", Kgale Hill reaches a summit elevation of 1,287 metres (4,222 ft) above sea level. The mountain used to be home to a television repeater and is now a tourist destination.
